Originator, founder, partner and co-manager of the law firm, Wojciech specializes in construction law and new technologies law. He has experience in comprehensive legal services for companies. For many years he advised a capital group from the IT industry – TELECOM – as the director of its legal department. As a former head of the infrastructure investments team, he has extensive experience in the implementation of contracts in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Wojciech has served as legal advisor to contractors and subcontractors of construction work as part of large infrastructure and cubature investments, including representation before the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA). He is a Member of the Disputes Committee in infrastructure investments according to FIDIC conditions.
He has extensive procedural experience, including in public procurement (ongoing advice, audits of offers and representation before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts).
